		<description>@SASJKL lol man this exercise is to help you burn fat not gain muscle....If you want? to bulk - then shred up (for muscle def) u need intense training , 5-7 major meals per day. protein shakes, weight gainer, creatine (optional) etc etc , but my suggestion wud be to have an oatmeal with peanut butter(optional) and another 4-5 meals per day, mostly white fish, lean chicken/red meat with rice, eggs etc...those are the most protein rich foods.</description>
