Love Gilad. I just watched for years (while weighing 200+) I was never able to do more than a few minutes if that. A couple years ago I started watching again & participating. Now I? can easily do a full workout. He was my first. <3

I used to work out a lot watching his? videos, many, many years ago. He is great! He really makes it a lot of fun and really makes we WANT to work out! So far the only instructor who entices me to work out
OMG!!! I found it!! i use to work out to this guy? in the morning and weekend when i was in Junior high school~ I use to love this guy, but they took it off the air! I lost so much weight at that time, im happy im doing it again!
@deepgreendream I have this workout and about 30 other Gilads from different sources – I taped a bunch off Fit TV but this one I got at the goodwill for about $1.99. I’ve? seen you on alot of them so now I can say I’ve had my moment of fame – writing to one of Gilad’s girls HA HA HA. How was he to work with?? He seems rather chauvenistic – although I don’t really care cuz I love his workouts.

That’s me on the right. I kid you not. A friend of mine found these Gilad videos and busted my chops. I filmed about 100 episodes with Gil from 1989-1995. Good times. I miss? those tights. Now if you had told me back then someone would copy their VHS tape to something called the “internet” for everyone to see, I might not have signed that release.
I do this one every other day with one of the other videos on youtube and lost weight,? i still do it to tone my body now, great results!
