You really should get some help from someone who knows kb with your snatches before you hurt yourself. It’s not good for? your joints to flip the bell forward on the way down, you need to get the handle diagonal over your palm so your wrist can remain straight and you need to have contact with your legs as long as possible when you swing so you dont need to lift the bell with your shoulder.
