Avoid this product. I actually gained weight. I was on it for about a month and my mid-section actually got bigger, not smaller. Don’t believe the miracle in the bottle.

I have not taken them long enough to know how they work yet but they are easy to swollow and im hopeing they will work. Anyway i am sure glad they got here so fast. God Bless
