it? is my most favourite childhood game and i think its the best exercise to lose weight bcz while jumping rope you don’t need to divert ur mind and watch the clock again and again… and the best thing its not boring…

@jumpropeclass I had to warmp up and stretch before and after? oh boy, i didn’t? do any of that ! So that’s why it happen.
Can you tell me a good warm up before skipping rope, i don’t know any ?

@slugfestdude My longest time is 9 hours. Had a bunch of appointments cancel, so I said what the hell. I’ll keep jumping. Got some bananas and? gatorade and kicked some butt. Use the nylon ropes. Lighter, but wear out a little faster.
@ThePetalbluelite I use less energy. Last longer. You can also do it your way. Knee ups are good. Crossing your legs will get you a good burn too.?

I tried this, because i need to lose fat to, but i think overhelmed it or something, because i did it for? one or two weeks and i got shin splint in my left leg, im screwed up now damn !

@CallMeAndyx3 I think it would depend on the type of body structure or fitness level the person has.. I think your information is invalid, because a very overweight man jump-roping for 10 minutes would probably burn? much great amounts of calories than a fit man doing it for 10 minutes.

is it true that 1minute of? rope jumping at a decent pace burn 10 calories? that means 10mis or a tiny 100 calores? that meas i’d have to jump for 100mins to burn 1000 calories o.O this seems abit off to me can anyone correct me please. i dont think EVERYONE has the endurance to jump for 100inutes (1hr and 40mins) for 1000cals a day any tip? im a beginner in rope jumping haha i can only bum out a weak 40 – 50 max jumps before failing
