His abs are more defined then mine yet I do more push ups each set….It goes to support the fact of human differences between races, Caucasians have superior upper? body strength/swimming ability while Blacks have superior Stamina/Running ability
I used to? lift weights and was in top shape but I am in no way in top shape now I did not do as many pushups because I was using push up bars the night before and tricep pushups , but these exerises should only affect your stomach, as for the Leg work outs, I didn’t know when to stop I just kept going until I reached 140 like he did…as for pushups I had to switch it up, This guys a scam P90x is said to be a scam to but I guarantee it is the best if your not a roider just bulk up on muscle/doit

@DevonProds key to doing 200 push ups is breaks,? just do a few then break then a few and before you know it you’ll be at 200

@sixpackshortcuts Hey Mike I’m a 19 year old college student trying to lose fat off my butt and thighs so I can fit? into jeans that aren’t loose on my waist. What exercises you reccomend I do? Also I want to lose fat everywhere else (belly included) and get muscular. I lost like 45 pounds after quitting this medication. I don’t know if I can afford your program and the weight room on campus has bench platforms and dumbells.

Btw, in all seriousness – what are the best exercises to improve your buttock-muscles? my? profession requires me to sit on my ass for the most of the day and it’s that part of my body that I’m least happy with and would like more muscle in. What’s the best approach?

@SASJKL lol man this exercise is to help you burn fat not gain muscle….If you want? to bulk – then shred up (for muscle def) u need intense training , 5-7 major meals per day. protein shakes, weight gainer, creatine (optional) etc etc , but my suggestion wud be to have an oatmeal with peanut butter(optional) and another 4-5 meals per day, mostly white fish, lean chicken/red meat with rice, eggs etc…those are the most protein rich foods.
hey mike, can this workout bulk me up? currently, i am a 17 year old who is 5′11 and 150 pounds. i don’t look very muscular and i want to bulk up a? little bit. not exactly like your bulkiness but big enough that i can look nice. can this exercise help me do that? thanks!

@penguinsoulja96? well it seems that cardio squats have a very small range of motion. to develop lower limb muscles evenly, you ned to work through a full range of motion.
