I hav a question;I went vegan and? lost 60lbs and my body plateau’ed after that, I haven’t gain any weight back but I haven’t loss any more weight either…I lost the 60lbs after 1yr of being vegan and I’ve been vegan for 1 1/2yrs…so the past 6mos. I havent lost anything(do u know why?)…
@fitnessmorlica Not sure. Been pondering that lately. Printing up hard copies gets really expensive. Depends on how many ebooks we can sell to be? able to afford it.

Hey Sean, do? you completely avoid wheat? I’m not fat, I’m actually slightly underweight. I work full time at a coffee shop running around 8-9 hours a day so I see no reason to not have a sandwhich or a cookie once in a while (typically 2-3 times a week) ..Do you consider this too much?
Like it Sean, people need to understand that technoligy may have moved on at a amazing pace. But human beings bodies are the same as 10,000 years ago. The fact that most of? us now dont hunt or even do phisical work, we sit on our fat asses staring at a computer.
