@baracuda771 My weight fluxuates +/- 3 pounds over the year and when you are fairly lean? like I am, that little bit of weight makes a big visual difference.
@SuperNNNaturaL? A very specific type of weight workout can count as cardio but its really tough, its called “Complexes” – search for it on the AskScooby Forum. Honestly, its way easier just to do the cardio

ive been watching your videos since b4 summer started &I lost a good 30 lbs. i? currently weigh 187 lbs. my goal is 160 lbs. my starting weight was 250 lbs in january! but right now im still a chunky kid & im havin difficulty reaching my goal i have a strict nutrition plan and i run 2-4miles monday-saturday. &workout for an hr evryday except sunday. i recently started all this cardio and different workouts about a month ago &im seeing no change. any advice? it gets me pretty depressed
Hey Scooby I noticed something after watching your beginner pull up video… Have you lost weight? Agreed it was over a year ago but it seems as if you lost a significant amount of (what little) body fat you had. I can see your? abs much more clearly and notice slightly more vascular arms.
Hi Scooby. Could you do a review of Kyle Leon’s Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer? It smells fishy to me. I’ve heard of the 3 main? body types before, but I don’t buy into eating and exercising for specific body types. There’s good nutrition, and bad nutrition, and muscles under stress will grow on any body type as an adaptive response to stress. And cardio and interval training burns fat over time for any body type.

Hey scooby, i have a little question, i need to loose a bit weight to show my abs more, i play volleyball ( 3/4 trainings per week ) and i do arms workout once every 2 days , beside that i dont have item for the cardio that you are saying is that any workout that works as cardio? @Dario927 That is a very good question! I’m not sure. As soon as the workday is over, I can get started? on writing a script and then filming tomorrow.
@kiyaras5 Burned more calories *during* the exercise or total over a 24 hour period? Makes a BIG difference which you are talking about, its the whole “Afterburner Effect” thing. Normal weightlifting does not trigger it, cardio does.

If you go on holidays, or anywhere where you cannot workout for 1 to 2 weeks, should you adapt your nutrition or just keep following your? diet ? And will you lose muscle anyway ? Alot ?

I did just read? one of the books you recommended, Bodybuiling revealed by Will Brinks. Learning the importance of nutrition was awesome!
However… he did say that bodybuilding burnd more fat/calories than cardio (little confused here).
Q: How much more is needed to know in order to compare my knowledge of nutrition with yours?

@guilhermecomes LOL! Even I get holidays and Monday was Labor day. New video on Monday morning, sorry, you have to wait 3 days. I have a full time job? to pay my bills, all my fitness stuff I have to do afterhours and weekends but I enjoy it – its my way of giving back to the sport which has done so much for me.
