The Ab flex belt is not like any other conventional exercise belt even though it looks like an ordinary belt the technology surpasses any other belt of its kind and it actually works. The belt has been made with the human body in mind and targets very specific nerve areas which in turn stimulate muscle reflexes as opposed to sending out random impulses like most other belts do.
In addition while wearing the belt you can still go about doing your regular chores such as cleaning, working or even playing with your children. This product is a truly staggering product as you can obtain a flat stomach in no time without any effort of having to do any vigorous exercise program.
Many people still remain skeptical about the Ab belt but I have actually used this belt and it does work as you can feel the abdominal muscles contracting and working. This flex belt is truly amazing and I have been using it for three weeks now and can already see a remarkable difference as my stomach muscles have firmed up and I have lost 5 lbs.
Not only can you use the flex belt to firm and tone the muscles it can also be used to massage the back muscles which I found to be great as I literally work on a computer the entire day and suffer from muscle strain. The flex belt is FDA approved and comes with a money back guarantee.
When you start to use the Ab flex belt for the first time you will experience a strange sensation as the muscles contract and relax. By working the abdominal muscles you will at the same time burn calories and fat which surrounds the underlying muscles and lose weight which ultimately keeps you in shape and will improve your health at the same time.

Has anyone ever tried the Warp Speed Fat Loss program? I’m curious what the diet entails and the work out. I would like to lose about 20 lbs to get down to my pre-college weight. I work out regularly and eat pretty well as it is, but really want to tone and trim down. I have heard it is intense, but wondering if anyone can provide details about it…

I’m planning a weight training program soon. It was suggested that I start taking a supplement. I went to its website and read all the advantages. But now I think there could be disadvantages like health risks. I have gotten the ok from my physician. I would like to start taking the supplements to reduce fat while exercising with weights.

I saw this infomercial about Rob Ferguson’s food lover’s fat loss guide. I was wanting to know if anyone has ever tried it. It looks pretty sensible…but I’ve bought other things before that sounded sensible and was completely let down by it. Any info will be helpful!

I’ve heard a lot of buzz on TV about one of the newest weight loss supplements. I hate swallowing certain diet pills, and they always seem to make me jittery. I thought that SlimChews were a great idea, and was wondering if anyone has had any success with them?

I know a lady who had to go on a diabetic diet for health reasons. I was wondering if there was anywhere that I could find a meal plan for a 1800 calorie or 1600 calorie diet, that lists foods for each meal and snacks etc etc. I know for a dieabetic diet just cut out sugar, but the meal plans actually break it down. Please help.

I am looking for some online support, or a chat room, for weight loss. Does anyone have any recommendations? It doesn’t matter what type of diet the other people are doing, I am just looking for other people to talk to while trying to lose weight.

I have been on a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet since last May; but I have actually gained wait ever since I stopped eating meat. Does anyone know of a healthy diet plan? I would also like to start working out and was wondering which plan would be the most appropriate. Thanks.

I would like to become a vegetarian but I don’t know what a well balanced vegetarian diet would consist of. I need a menu plan, something to go by until I get the hang of this. Do anyone have any advice or know of a website I could go to find some good information?
