To cut down belly fat permanently is not an easy task. Once it’s there, it’s nearly impossible to get it off. I know after giving birth to my youngest child, I felt less like a woman and more like a “blob”. While that seems like such an unusual term to use, I’ve had several of my fellow mother friends agree. They simply felt unattractive due to the physical changes of pregnancy.
