I’ve heard about this great method of calorie shifting, but I just don’t quite understand what it is. I know its something about speeding up your metabolism and shifting your meals in a tricky way so that your fat burning hormones would increase or something like that, but I just don’t understand how this would be put in a diet. I don’t know if I’m making sense, but help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I’m planning a weight training program soon. It was suggested that I start taking a supplement. I went to its website and read all the advantages. But now I think there could be disadvantages like health risks. I have gotten the ok from my physician. I would like to start taking the supplements to reduce fat while exercising with weights.
I’ve heard that significantly exceeding your target heart rate during aerobic activities can have a detrimental effect (possibly stripping you of muscle and or retaining more fat)
I am currently weight training four times per week (one day on one day off ie, mon, wed, fri, sun) in the afternoon/eve and doing 30 minutes of cardio at my target heart rate for my age and weight five to six mornings a week in addition to following a six meal a day “glycemic index” type diet in an effort to gain/retain muscle while losing fat and generally increase my cardiovascular health.
I went from 172 down to 141 but now i’m 149. I’m was still chubby and now i’m even more chubby, but I have no motivation to lose fat now for some reason. What do you think could be the matter with me and how can I fix it?
Is there any certain things I should eat before I do my cardiovascular exercises? Should I run at a higher speed or lower? Anything special I can do to increase fat burning?

For instance, if i do 500 total situps of varying types such as 50 on-back leg lifts, 250 normal situps and 200 side-to-side situps before I run 10 miles, will this help lose stomach fat more so than running 10 miles in the morning and doing the situps much later in the day?
Thanks
After a couple weeks working out with a trainer, my weight is EXACTLY the same, but measurements with a tape measure and calipers say that I’ve lost inches, and more importantly, that I’ve lost 2 lbs of fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle. Is this correct? How does that work?

I want to take my picture on the 1st of every month, and document my measurements, but I don’t know what else to add to it. This is my first scrapbook. Any ideas for a great, inspirational weight loss scrapbook?
In general my chest doesnt really have much fat on it, however the fat that it does have is like stored around my, for lack of a better word, nipples. Im a 5′9 155 lbs male, is there anyway I can target the fat loss so that they arent like that?

Every time I check my credit score some “mortgage reporters” agency has ran my credit, of course without my authorization. Is there a way to stop them?
