I work long hours at a desk job on Wall Street. I get home late, leave early, and am on a strict food budget. I am looking for a very detailed diet and exercise plan to follow so that I may lose weight. I have a small apartment and my only equipment is 10 and 4 lbs hand weights. I am looking for exercises to do in a small space. I want to buy foods in bulk that I can have during the week instead of preparing five different meals. I have no medical restrictions for diet or exercise.

Hello all. I currently weigh 176 lbs and would like to loose 30 lbs. I REALLY dislike salad but I love all kinds of cooked vegetables. What is the best diet plan for me?

I would like to find a diet plan (meals & exercise) that my husband & I can do together, but is easy at the same time. He will only walk or ride bikes with me. I have the Walk A Way the Pounds DVDs and he will not do them. He also expects to have a full meal on the table every night, but agress that he should not eat that much and needs to loose some weight. I am a diabetic and could really use some support in losing at least 10 lbs. We are both in our late 20’s to early 30’s and have a daughter who is active. She could do something with us, but I need ideas.

I want a diet plan or excercise tips on how to lose weight fast. i really want to get fit by summer. I really dont want to have to go out annd buy anything like excercise video, or equipment.

I know fresh food like fruits and vegies are good for a healthy diet but I can’t go to the shop at least twice a week in order to get that stuff fresh. How can I plan a diet to last a fortnight? I’m tempted to do those meal replacement diets with shakes and soups just because they’re cheap and convenient.

I read these magazines that have these excellent workout plans. I do the workouts, but I don’t do the crazy diet that they show with it. I don’t eat a lot of egg whites and things like that, but I do make sure I eat healthy and drink protein shakes like “Muscle Milk”. Is it important to follow the diet plan that they have in these magazines? I mean, prisoners don’t follow a series diet plan and they come out pretty ripped.

I already work out on a regular basis, but I really want to change how I eat. Does this sound like a good diet plan to lose weight?
