ive been eating healthy and working out for 4 days now, and i havent noticed any fat loss
is this normal??

So let’s say that someone is short (around 5′2″), someone else is taller (mediumish), and the last person is tallest (6′0″).

I am a very physically active person and mildly under-weight but with a strong ambition to add more and keep it. Am I on track with high energy drinks since at least in theory less activity will help me convert excess energy to weight?

I was wondering if there was anywhere that I could find a meal plan for a 1800 calorie or 1600 calorie diet, that lists foods for each meal and snacks etc etc. I know for a dieabetic diet just cut out sugar, but the meal plans actually break it down. I have been on a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet since last May; but I have actually gained wait ever since I stopped eating meat. Does anyone know of a healthy diet plan? I would also like to start working out and was wondering which plan would be the most appropriate. Thanks.
I’ve heard the second week is the hardest especially because there is little results and not as easy to stick to. At what point will it get easier mentally? Also, when do results start to show, is it a lot of weight loss the first week, then hardly anything the next, then stay at a steady rate after that?
