i run 30min at 4m/h at 6.0 incline 5 days out of 7 a week
i only eat around 1600 calories a day (used to be probably about 2200)
im 16 5′8″ and weight probably like 160-170
How much do you think i will lose in the next two weeks???
When do you think i will notice a difference in my size????
any stories you want to share about weight loss would be greatly appreciated!

I’m doing cardio vascular exercises everyday!! (30-35 minutes) + I work out 3 times a week, weight lifting. I also am on a low calorie diet.

I exercise and dance alot say about 12 hours gym and 24-32 hours dance a week and my breasts seem to be getting smaller and smaller.Can i prevent them from getting smaller than they already are and if so,how,please help im about to lose my boobs?

My lean body mass is 141.6 and body fat is 27.1%

I went from 172 down to 141 but now i’m 149. I’m was still chubby and now i’m even more chubby, but I have no motivation to lose fat now for some reason. What do you think could be the matter with me and how can I fix it?

I used to be working out for muscle mass – taking protein after working out – now i am working out for fat loss ( more reps, less weight, less time between sets, cardio after working out, is there anything else i can do to transform a muscle mass workout to a fat loss workout?
