I would like to know specifically what supplements to help aid weight loss for Bipolar people on weight gaining Bipolar medication (which slows the metabolism and increases appetitite)
I already know of Green Tea to speed up metabolism and suppress appetite and Acai Berry DOES help you look a bit thinner in the face and relieves minimal bloat if taken moderately.
What other supplements are safe?
I want as much help as i can get!

Would it be a good idea to use fat loss pills such as xenodrine or zantrex 3 while exercising with the P90X dvds? What are the pros and cons of these pills?

How long after building muscle in the body does muscle increase and fat decrease, also as far notices in body change how soon can you see change if you really do effective strength training?

I used to be working out for muscle mass – taking protein after working out – now i am working out for fat loss ( more reps, less weight, less time between sets, cardio after working out, is there anything else i can do to transform a muscle mass workout to a fat loss workout? More sets?) Anywho ……. sorry for getting of topic : )
I was wondering if i should take protein before, during, or after working out? Also, is there anything else i could do to make a muscle mass workout into a fat loss workout?
