I have until June to lose this weight. I am 5′8 and i am 170lbs. I have already lost weight with not eating, but that is too unhealthy for my body. I need something really good that will work for losing weight. The thing i want to lose most is the fat that i have on my body. I already have muscles and everything, the only problem is that they are covered by a little chub chub. But i have until June 1st to lose this fat, and i ned help!
I am 5′ 2″ and 10stone 4lb, and I cannot lose this belly that I have! I have changed my diet and have increased my exercise, but to little avail. I came across the Fat Loss for Idiots diet and was wondering if this would work for me? Up to now I have only read about success stories for people who have more weight to lose than I do. Please advise!

I am 117lbs, and 5″4′, and I am slowly gaining weight. What is a diet I can use, or what can I change my diet to, without getting sick from malnutrition, from being a teenage girl.
