which one is it? before or after cardio that you do weight training like weights and situps? my boyfriend does it after because his muscles are already lose and hes tired so the situps are harder, im trying to lose the fat on my stomach and tone but ive been told different things, which one is it if you want to tone up your midsection and lose fat? before or after cardio?
thanks
jen
25 years old.
For instance, if i do 500 total situps of varying types such as 50 on-back leg lifts, 250 normal situps and 200 side-to-side situps before I run 10 miles, will this help lose stomach fat more so than running 10 miles in the morning and doing the situps much later in the day?
Thanks
After a couple weeks working out with a trainer, my weight is EXACTLY the same, but measurements with a tape measure and calipers say that I’ve lost inches, and more importantly, that I’ve lost 2 lbs of fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle. Is this correct? How does that work?
I know healthy eating and exercise is the best way to loss weight but however i want something to help me lose weight quickly and easily, im thinking of buying these weight loss pills called Grenade they have the following ingredients in -
500mg Ma Huang
300mg Caffiene
200mg Tyrosine
10mg Chromium polynicotinate
200mg Coleus forskhlii
Does anyone know these pills and do you think that they will be safe?
Serious answers only please!
I’ve lost 30 lbs and can’t seam to drop the last 15 lbs. I need some tips on how to break through a weight loss plateau. Any suggestions? Please no acai berry crap and other spammy stuff. I’m looking for legitimate ways.

What are you opinions on medical weight loss? Had anyone tried it? I have some problems with binge eating, I need to learn better habits and Ive heard its great for that.
I am 14 and I am paranoid about dying, and…. zombies lol! I want an exercise plan which will keep my body in shape, and mainly focuses on cardiovascular exercise so if the time ever comes I can fend myself off from zombies… I want a good detailed diet plan to keep me healthy and prevent diseases, so I can live a longer life.
I am currently 6 ft and weight 225 lbs. I would like to get my weight down to 190 lbs. Here is what I have for exercise equipment:
Treadmill, Strenght Bands, 1 Hr Per Day
I am very much out of shape. Can anyone help me put together a solid workout and diet plan? Thanks.
I’m considering weight loss surgery. What does one eat after a surgery? Could I just follow the same diet (without the surgery) and get the same results?

I am getting a tooth extracted and braces fitted a few weeks later.
I’ve worked all year to try and gain weight, and I am facing losing it all because I will not be able to eat whole foods for a while.
Is there any way I can avoid weight loss in this situation?
I am 31 years old. I have two kids and have gained excessive weight after both of them. I had a cessarian with the first and natural with the second. I’m pear shaped so it’s mostly in my hips and buttocks. I have a desk job so I sit a lot and I’m always too tired feeling to work out at night. I’ve been on every diet under the sun to only gain it all back. I’ve tried numerous excersises also. Over the counter weight loss pills or energy pills give me a racing heart. When I do loose weight I get the saggy belly that hangs between the legs when I sit and bend so how would I be able to find out how would be the best way to loose weight effectivly for myself and my body type and keep the sagging away. Please help.
Going through a number of diet plans, I have found the GM diet to be a very reasonable and do-able one. But I have doubt as to how much can one loose after going through this plan. Need expert answers from people who have either followed the plan or are aware of the plan.
