This is by far one of the biggest (if not THE biggest) problem many people have who are trying to lose weight and improve their overall health. I know for sure that this was one of my biggest issues when I was working on improving my body. My biggest weaknesses was Philadelphia cheese steaks (and of course it doesn’t help that I live in Philadelphia… LOL), sugary cereals, and my mom’s fried chicken! If you’re like the millions of other women around the world that are trying to get fit, lose weight and gain lean muscle, there are a variety of things that you can do to make sure that you’re moving forward. One of the options that you can utilize to make sure that you’re getting moving into action is setting a goal. Without goals you’re not going to be able to surpass the plateau that most workouts ultimately have. One good goal to chase is six pack abs for women.
